Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your clean beauty routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition or gently used to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
